By browsing this website or confirming a statement of work with Cloudmeshpoint Co., Ltd. (“Cloudmeshpoint,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Pages on this site describe consulting engagements for app analytics focused on onboarding completion measurement. Descriptions are informational. A signed proposal or statement of work defines the deliverables, fees, and timeline for any paid engagement.

No professional guarantee of product outcomes

Measurement advice improves clarity of definitions and instrumentation recommendations. We do not guarantee increases in completion rates, retention, revenue, or store rankings. Implementation of recommendations remains your responsibility unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

Website content, frameworks, and templates remain the property of Cloudmeshpoint unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the written deliverables produced for your engagement inside your organisation. You may not resell our templates as a competing advisory product.

Client materials

You retain ownership of analytics exports, designs, and documents you share with us. You grant Cloudmeshpoint a limited licence to use those materials solely to perform the engagement. We will not publish confidential client materials without written permission.

Acceptable use of the website

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudmeshpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under Thai law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements booked through this site, unless a statement of work specifies a different venue.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active statements of work are amended only by written agreement.
