Agreement

By using cloudmeshpoint.digital and requesting services from Cloudmeshpoint, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Cloudmeshpoint provides consulting and advisory work related to Application Analytics — Error Pattern Intelligence. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate statement of work or written confirmation defines deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement.

Informational pricing

Prices shown on this website are estimates only. No payment is processed through this site. Work begins only after written confirmation and any agreed deposit or invoice arrangement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of your data, traces, and product materials. Cloudmeshpoint retains ownership of our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed for your internal business use upon full payment.

Client responsibilities

Timely access to error sources, release notes, and stakeholder time is required for delivery. Delays in access may shift timelines without constituting a breach by Cloudmeshpoint.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudmeshpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from consulting advice. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
